Utopia's carers go above and beyond! Mum is so happy with the care that she receives - usually the same carer, at there same time each day. We are kept informed of everything, via an app, but if there is anything of importance, we are contacted directly, right away. It's a huge relief to know that mum is relaxed and content and that she is in the safest of hands
Really pleased with the service Utopia have provided for my mum the carers are very understanding of my mums needs ,reliable and trustworthy and show a passion for the older community. We had Natalie & Jayne to care for my elderly father for a few months. They were compassionate, punctual, efficient, trustworthy, patient and simply the BEST.
As my father’s care requirements became changeable the “Utopia Team” dealt and catered for his every needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we had daily contact/updates via live internet site which gave us an in depth visit report which was very reassuring. It was so nice to have dedicated carers which my father found really personal rather than seeing a different face on every visit like other companies.

Let’s just say, if Carlsberg started a Care Agency, it would be Utopia Care Thurrock. This is my first time using a Care Agency in 32 years and to say that they were good doesn’t cut the mustard. The two ladies Bristy and Vicky were fantastic! They went above and beyond my expectations. Not even my own support workers of which I employ come close to the standards and satisfaction I had from the support Bristy and Vicky gave me. Well done Natalie for finding me such capable and friendly support workers. If your other staff are half as good as Bristy and Vicky, anyone that chooses to use your Agency will bless the day they did
My husband used your services for emergency care as he is a quadriplegic and i was quite unwell during the weekend. I must admit that the weekend felt like a holiday for me with the assurance that my husband was receiving outstanding care and i was simply concentrating in getting better. The carers were caring, professional, respectful, hard working, worked independently, follow the care plan, treated my husband with the dignity he deserves. All of this with a winning smile. It was a level of care that is very difficult to find nowadays. We were both extremely impressed with your outstanding level of service.
